Engine:

All diesel engines has basicly 4 stroke, direkt injection, turbocharged and intercooler. Are suitable for continuos and heavy duty service. Engine producers are wel known for low fuel consumption ,excelent cold starting and rapid-high load acceptance.
The intercooled engines are desinged to meet the current German emission regulation. Typical smoke level are below 1 BOSCH unit. Mechanical governor according to class A1 ( electronic on request). Dry type air filters replacable elements.
Oil and fuel filters with replaceable elements.

24V electronic starter motor.

Lead acid bateries or Ni-Cd ( on request).
Cooling system by engine driven fan and radiator for 50°C ambient temperature.
Exhaust system with industrial silencer or residenntial (on request).

Alternator:

Synchronous, threepbase, brushless, self regulated, selfexcited and selfventilated. In accordance to IEC 34-1, VDE 0530. BS 5000.NEMA MG-122, CE. Insulation class H ( temperature rise according to class F or B on request).

Tropical impregnation.
Mechanical protection IP 21 or IP23.
Automatic voltage regulation up to +- 1% from na load to fuul load.
THF better than 2% and TIF batter than 50.

Rotaio interference suppression according to BS 800 and VDE clas G and N.


    





Coupling:

Directly by means of flexible disc and housing. Elastic coupling on request.

Baseframe:

Heavy duty fabricatedand welded steel baseframe constructed from folded channel sections. The baseframe is fitted with antivibration mountings and incorporated lifting device.

Fuel tank:

Incorporated in tha baseframe or freestanding with level gauges and electrical apparatous in accordance with safety regulations. Electric fuel transfer pump available on request.

Safety guards:

All rotating and hot parts are protected against accidental contacts.
